At the autumn equinox the year pivots. This circle is a chance to meet that pivot consciously.
This is not a circle about doing more or becoming someone different.

A settling practice to help your nervous system arrive before anything else begins.

Seasonal reflection.
A short introduction to Mabon, the equinox and what balance means at this moment in the year.

Leaf Release Ritual.
Using four real leaves, a ritual to name and release what is no longer needed.

Journaling on gratitude and resources.
Time to reflect on what you are grateful for and what you need to carry into winter.
05.
Medicine bag ritual.
A closing ritual to gather and hold the resources you need for the darker months ahead.
06.
Replay included.
The recording will be available within 24 hours of the circle and will remain available inside your circle portal. You are welcome to revisit the circle in your own time and at your own pace.
What to bring.
- A candle
- A glass of water
- Dark chocolate or something grounding
- A blanket if you get cold
- Four real leaves you can tear or scrunch
- Something that represents gratitude to you
- A journal and pen
Camera and microphone are optional throughout. You are welcome to attend with both off.

About Robyn.
I understand the body from both sides.
Years in healthcare showed me what happens when the body is pushed past what it can hold. My own life showed me what that feels like from the inside.
