My work is rooted in one simple belief: healing is not becoming someone new. It is returning to who you have always been.
I come to this from two directions. Years in healthcare as a diagnostic radiographer showed me what happens when the body is pushed past what it can hold. Over a decade in energy healing, chakra work and coaching showed me what it takes to help the body find its way back.
Your chakras are not abstract. They are where your nervous system stores what your mind has already moved past, the feeling that something is off, even when you cannot say exactly what. This challenge is a first, gentle pass through that terrain, and a way to feel the difference for yourself.
